Trip Itinerary

Meeting at the airport and flight to Amman. Arrival at Amman airport. Transfer to our hotel, settling in the rooms. Overnight at hotel. Meals: Dinner

Breakfast and excursion to the desert castles. They are built in the desert from the beginning of the 8th century by the Umnada caliphs. Visit to three of the most important castles (Qasr): Kharanah, Amra & Azraq. Then transfer to the Dead Sea. Stop for at least two hours to relax and swim. Leaving the Dead Sea, we will be transported to Bethany, the holy place of Jesus’ baptism. Return to the hotel in Amman. Overnight. Meals: breakfast, dinner

After breakfast we depart for our tour of Amman. A two-hour tour of Amman with a visit to the museum, the citadel and the amphitheater. We continue for Gerasa. Guided tour of the best preserved Greco-Roman city in the world, Pompeii of the East as it is called by historians. Guided tour of ancient Antioch where we will admire the triumphal Arch, the Hippodrome, the Gate and the Agora, the arch of Hadrian, the temple of Zeus, Nymphaeum, the temple of Artemis and the theater. Our next stop is the Azloun castle where the Arab-Islamic architecture of the 12th century is presented in front of us in all its glory. Return to Amman. Overnight. Meals: breakfast, dinner

After breakfast departure via the National Road of Kings. We will visit the city of Mataba with its beautiful mosaics, where the oldest map for the exit to the Holy City of Jerusalem is located on the floor of the monastery of St. George. Then we will reach Mount Nebo where according to tradition is the tomb of Moses and from there we will admire the wonderful view of the landscape against the backdrop of the Jordan River and the Dead Sea. From there departure for Petra. Shortly before arrival at our hotel we will be guided to Beida (Little Stone). After breakfast departure for the guided tour of the archeological site of Petra. After breakfast we depart for a 4×4 jeep safari in the desert of Wadi Ram, the land of Lawrence in Arabia, where we will be enchanted by the impressive landscapes, with the vast deserts and the huge rocky masses of Petraia Arabia that emerge and present through the an extremely imposing spectacle. After breakfast departure for Aqaba. In its quiet alleys and modern structures, Aqaba has a special mention with a rich history that dates back to the Iron Age and continues in ancient civilizations, from the Edomites, the Nabats, the Romans and the Byzantines to the Muslims. The combination of cultures and traditions and its long history as a shopping center are reflected in the warm welcome addressed to all visitors.
